Car #25 Restoration

Car #25 was built by St Louis Car in 1913, Order #986.  It was upgraded to the Crimson Limited in 1925 and ran that way until it was retired in January of 1935. It was sold to an individual who converted it into a lake cabin/home on Eagle Mountain Lake in Fort Worth. It was donated in late 1994 and stored at the maintenance lot of the Fort Worth Transportation Authority until restoration began in early 1996. After countless volunteer hours, it was moved to the Fort Worth Intermodal Transportation Center where it is now on exhibit.
